I am the Project Manager for the last phase of the CancerGrid project, working on Work Packages 2 and 3 to provide an end-end test of the CancerGrid translational research environment.
I worked on software engineering and applied knowledge engineering at the Computer Laboratory, University of Cambridge, where I teach on the software engineering, artificial intelligence and bioinformatics courses. Prior to this I worked as a systems analyst and project manager at the software house Logica, and on human computer interaction and logical inference projects at Logica's research laboratory in Cambridge.
I read Computer Science at Imperial College London and my Masters degree in knowledge engineering at the Open University.
